    • We offer refunds for design services before approval once you have approved a design there are no refunds for services.
    • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your dissatisfaction within 48 hours of receiving the initial design concepts.
    • Refunds will not be provided after the approval of the final design or after the provision of the agreed-upon number of revisions.
  2. Refunds for Digital and Physical Products:

    • Refunds for digital and physical products are subject to the terms outlined in our general refund policy.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for refunds.
  4. Revisions:

    • Each web design, logo, or business card package comes with 3 included revisions.
    • Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before any work is done.
